Special Blendz, Something Special/Cycles of Love (1999) - Special Blendz is a show band hailing from Chester, Pennsylvania. The band includes four solid vocalists with tight East Coast harmonies, along with six talented musicians who have played with acts ranging from Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes to The Gapp Band. The combo has been together for four years, and is now releasing its debut album, which includes three original songs ("Try My Love," "Comin' Back," and "Baby, Baby, Baby"). The band includes vocalists Arthur Koger, Edward "Chicky" Majors, Elmer "Moe" Martin, and Ronald "Peels" Presswood. Also standing in are musicians Dorden Bivings on keyboards, Thomas Gibson on guitars, D. Michael Jones on keyboards, John Legette on bass guitar,William "Ronelle" Reed on drums, and Ray "Admiral" Williams on percussion and M.C.
